I've failed again.
It's pretty funny why I can't host a mass outing.
There's just too many things to take note.
Plus, it takes alot of cooperation from the others.
Dealing with such an event alone won't really work out.
It takes more than one to handle it.

Clearly my "leadership" skills are still flawed.
It's pretty hard to control right from the top.
Somehow, you need to earn some kind of respect to get things done.
With that "respect", they get the job done and you get your job done.

It takes only one successful attempt and you get that respect...
And if you fail, you need to work even harder to get things done.
Sigh. Why am I trying so hard for?


Am I the only one experiencing difficulty?
